" My family and I had been working and living outside of Canada for seven years when we decided it was time to move back home and tired of living in rental accommodations, we were anxious to buy our own home.

We found Ben Catalano on the internet, sent him a short e-mail outlining our plans of what sort of housing we were looking for, our budget and a time frame that we had in mind.
